Absolute most pointless place to work for

As a Garden Associate, I’ve experienced challenges within the current operational environment. The role demands a consistently high level of performance and responsiveness, often without sufficient support or recognition. There’s a significant disparity between the compensation received by associates and the revenue generated by the company, leading to a feeling of undervaluation. Management’s presence is frequently limited, and associates are primarily responsible for fulfilling operational demands. Recent scheduling changes have involved assigning me to roles outside of my area of expertise (Lot), despite my preference for and experience within the Garden department. I’ve encountered instances where performance feedback has been inaccurate and unwarranted.
