- Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in day-to-day operations
- Help recruit, train, and retain a winning team
- Lead, coach, motivate, and celebrate team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service every shift
- Drive results through labor, food cost, and sales goals
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
- Step in for the RGM when needed
