Shift Lead

Step up as a leader on your shift and help keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising team members and assigning shift tasks, ensuring quality, speed, and service standards are met, opening or closing the restaurant based on schedule, handling cash deposits and shift paperwork, supporting training of new hires and team coaching, resolving minor issues and escalating when needed, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.

Requirements
Include being 18 years or older, having prior leadership or QSR experience preferred, great communication and organizational skills, being dependable, proactive, and adaptable, being able to multitask and prioritize under pressure, being comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs, being available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, having a strong customer service mindset, and passing a background check.
