Supervisor Property & Lease Accounting

Provide leadership and oversight across multiple accounting functions supporting Pizza Hut, including lease accounting, project costing, equity revenue, and property and sales tax compliance. Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and high-quality service delivery through effective review, governance, and process leadership.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; leadership experience required; experience overseeing accounting processes and internal controls
Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, ERP (Oracle/JDE preferred) experience, strong communication, ability to manage priorities and drive results through others
Salary Range: $80,300 to $94,300 annually + bonus eligibility.

General Accounting Oversight
- Review and approve period-end close deliverables, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accounting policies and internal control requirements
- Oversee lease and equity revenue accounting, including key estimates and judgments
- Support audit readiness through review of documentation and coordination of requests
- Oversee project costing activities to ensure compliance with capitalization policies and accounting standards
- Review reconciliations and capital accounting outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Provide monitoring and oversight of CAPEX reporting processes
- Oversee compliance with property and sales tax regulations, including filings and payments
- Review tax-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate responses to audits and inquiries with internal teams and external advisors
- Maintain strong internal control frameworks across all areas of responsibility
- Establish and execute effective review controls and escalation processes
- Identify risks and drive remediation and process improvements
- Champion continuous improvement and system enhancements
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of accounting professionals across multiple functions
- Drive accountability for quality, timeliness, and control execution
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement
