- Build alignment and influence stakeholders across Yum, Taco Bell Marketing, Operations, and D&T.
- Set clear strategic direction and ensure disciplined delivery of priorities and outcomes.
- Oversee middleware platforms for seamless interoperability and data exchange between systems.
- Build and lead high-performing hybrid teams, fostering a sense of belonging and coaching talent.

- Oversee complex technology programs, software releases, and financials for operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or related technology fields.
- Proven track record as a change agent, driving successful transformations.
- Experience with restaurant menu technologies (POS, eCommerce, product master systems) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, especially during periods of change.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating matrixed, ambiguous environments, balancing long-term vision with execution.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in product/project management are advantageous.
