Responsibilities of a Shift SupervisorSupervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service within the established speed of service guidelines while consistently adhering to quality, service and cleanliness standards during every shift.

Ensure orders are taken and delivered in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner with a smile.

Resolve guest complaints quickly and to the guest's satisfaction.

Assist with profit and loss management by maintaining inventory and managing labor costs while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards.

Minimum Requirements for a Shift SupervisorMust be at least 15 years of age
