Your Day In The Life
Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals
Manage food, labor, and paper costs as well as other controllable expenses
Own scheduling, expense tracking and labor management
Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
Hire, train and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotions
Verify product quality, safety and sanitation standards are met
Ability to understand and learn from financial reports
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
What Youll Bring To The Table
High school degree; bachelors degree, preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
Three years of supervisory or leadership experience
Servsafe certification
