Target enforces a dress code that varies by job role, ensuring professionalism, safety, and adherence to company policies.
Department Guidelines
Clothing:Employees must wear a solid red shirt with sleeves. Any shade of red is acceptable, but orange or pink is not allowed.
Bottoms:Khaki or blue denim pants, skirts, shorts, or capris are permitted. Shorts are allowed for cart attendants and drive-up team members in warm weather.
Shoes:Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
Not Allowed:Shirts with large logos (unless Target-branded), ripped jeans, leggings, sweatpants, or clothing with offensive graphics.
