I wouldn’t recommend working at Aldi right now.

I appreciate the competitive pricing, the availability of Aldi finds, the extensive food selection, and the increased variety of healthier product options compared to other retailers. What aspects of your work experience have been most challenging? My responsibilities included operating the cash register, unloading and breaking down pallets, and stocking items in the freezer. Can you describe the work environment and company culture? From my perspective, the employee environment was generally positive. One manager consistently demonstrated respect and treated us as colleagues, while the other two managers did not. I prefer not to elaborate further. Could you describe a typical day at your location?
