- Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
- Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.
- Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy.
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

- Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays.
- Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes.
- Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures.

- ALDI Stockers must have morning availability to accommodate store operational responsibilities and be available to work morning shifts with start times as early as 5:00 a.m.
