Your Day-to-Day:
Specialist in HVAC/R repair with additional responsibilities for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment
This is a leadership role working with all Tech I & II positions, including training, and management of inventory, workorders, call priority, and company vehicle management
What You Bring to the Table:
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
5
- years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
Certifications
EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
Valid Driver's License
Skills
Ability to lead teams, provide peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership
