Amazon Flex drivers are independent contractors, meaning there is no strict uniform requirement. However, drivers are expected to dress appropriately for safety, comfort, and professionalism, as they represent Amazon while making deliveries.

Flip-flops or open-toe shoes – These can be hazardous when handling packages. Revealing or inappropriate clothing – Avoid ripped jeans, tank tops, or clothing with offensive text or images. Anything restricting movement – You’ll be walking, lifting, and driving, so comfort is key.

Dress casually but neatly. A polo shirt or a t-shirt with jeans or khakis works well. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. You may be required to lift packages during training. Bring your phone and required documents, be prepared for any verification steps.
