I appreciate my colleagues and positive customer feedback.

The most positive aspect of my employment is the supportive colleagues I work with, as well as our customer base. The primary source of stress is the high workload and inconsistent compensation. Specifically, I believe a weekly pay schedule would be more aligned with industry standards. Additionally, the expectation to consistently work at least six-hour shifts, with two shifts available for Sales floor associates, would be beneficial. Furthermore, compensation for stocking associates requires review and adjustment. The current situation, where new employees are expected to immediately rectify existing operational challenges without adequate support, is demanding. The work environment and company culture are generally positive. Customers are understanding regarding store conditions, and I appreciate the company’s commitment to employee compensation. I have not observed any issues within the company culture. A typical workday is consistently busy, particularly when managing the register. It is often challenging to complete all assigned tasks within the required timeframe.
