Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment efficiency, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Basic math and organizational skills

Physical Requirements
