Salary

Responsibilities
• + Helps establish and implement function
• + Coaches a team of Dual Entry Analysts, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coaching
Requirements
• Required Qualifications
• + 3 to 5 years leadership experience (this position will have 11 direct reports)
• + 3 to 5 years project management experience
• + 3 to 5 years of stakeholder management experience
• Experience with leading, creating and delivering executive presentations
• + Prior experience with self
• Making skills
• + Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• + Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Prior experience working with QuickBase and Salesforce
• + Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
