General Summary: High reach/stand-up experience preferred. Location: 300 Cardinal Drive, Marengo, Ohio 43334.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates a stand-up lift to replenish merchandise in the order filling areas up to 6 levels high or to put away merchandise in storage areas.
• Removes empty pallets from pick lines and storage areas.
• Verifies inventory locations with radio frequency unit information.
• Meets and maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate a stand-up lift.
• Ability to use handheld/lift-mounted radio frequency unit.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Communication skills.
• Competency to obtain a lift operator license. Safety mindset 100% commitment.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Dependability and team spirit.

Previous industrial equipment experience preferred.

Shifts:

• Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. ($19.00 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift premium totaling $20.00/hr.)
• Shift 3-Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am ($19.00 hr. base pay + $1.50/hr. shift premium totaling $20.50/hr.)
