Responsibilities include

Operating various equipment efficiently and safely

Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers

Preparing products according to company standards and recipes

Receiving and processing customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone

• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facility through daily cleaning routines
• Conducting inventory counts and completing associated paperwork

Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times

Adhering to food safety guidelines and quality control standards

Qualifications include

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately

Proficiency in making correct monetary change

Computer literacy, with the ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen

Near and mid-range vision capabilities

Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate with others

Basic food safety knowledge

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Attention to detail in following recipes, procedures, and quality standards
