Key priorities include content strategy, alignment to brand standards, and relevance to restaurant operations. Contribute to the development and execution of high-quality global curriculum that supports strategic goals and operational needs across internal and field-facing programs. Collaborate regularly with function leads and subject matter experts to review, enhance, and deliver training content and materials. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality and blended learning strategies to optimize training deployment and learner engagement. Develop and Support Global & North American Curriculum Delivery Support content creation across workstreams by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with production timelines and brand standards. Leverage a variety of learning formats to support effective content delivery. Analyze Training Impact and Identify Improvement Opportunities-Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify gaps in field execution. Use insights to recommend updates and improvements to training content that drive stronger performance and operational outcomes. Travel 10%. Proven ability to design and develop engaging curriculum and instructional materials that drive behavior change and support operational goals across diverse learner audiences. Responsibilities
• The Manager of Global Curriculum Development is responsible for overseeing the creation and enhancement of training curriculum for Subway franchisees, the Field Operations team, and digital learning programs.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support localization efforts for North America by collaborating with regional teams to tailor content where needed, while maintaining alignment with global brand standards and training objectives.
• Enhance and Deliver Training Through Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Ensure updates are proactive, timely, and aligned with evolving business needs and operational priorities.
• Maintain and Evolve Training content

• Knowledge of Learning Management System and functionality, blended learning techniques.
Requirements
• Including online, blended, virtual, and in-person classroom experiences
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree Preferred or equivalent experience in curriculum development and design.
• Minimum 3 years in instructional design focusing on curriculum design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and experience creating content for various delivery formats, including online, blended, virtual, and in-person learning.
