Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do as a Team Lead:

As a Team Lead, you'll be the go-to person on shift. You'll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will:

Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment

Lead and motivate team members

Ensure outstanding customer service

Help make pizzas and prepare food

Handle cash and basic store operations

Train and develop new team members

Support daily store goals and standards

Compensation

Starting at $14 per hour with opportunity for increase with training!

Qualifications

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Positive, customer-focused attitude

Strong attendance and punctuality

Basic math and cash-handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week

Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
