Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage store operations and drive results including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality. Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members. Manage food safety and team member safety. Provide best in class customer service. Increase sales and profit potential.

QualificationsPrior experience in a management role or similar experience (required). Customer service experience (required). Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred). Valid driver's license (required). High school education or equivalent. Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team. Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal. Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
