Five Guys Dress Code: Guidelines for Employees

Five Guys employees wear a company-issued red t-shirt or polo, a branded hat or visor, and an apron if working in food prep. They must wear black or dark blue pants (no rips or joggers) and black, slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes. The overall appearance must be clean, neat, and food-safe, including tied-back hair and no excessive accessories.

Employees working in food prep or handling are not allowed to wear long, artificial, or painted nails, including gel and acrylics, due to strict food safety policies. Short, natural nails are permitted if clean and well-maintained.
