Popeyes enforces a dress code focused on cleanliness, safety, and brand identity. Employees must present a tidy and consistent look while following proper food safety and hygiene guidelines across all customer-facing and kitchen roles.
Department Guidelines
Uniform:Company-issued Popeyes t-shirt or polo, branded hat or visor, and apron where required.
Pants:Solid black pants or dark, non-ripped jeans depending on franchise guidelines.
Footwear:Black, closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required.
Accessories:Hair must be tied back. Jewelry should be limited and minimal. Name badges (if issued) must be worn. Facial hair may need to be covered with a beard net.
