Floor ManagerFloor Managers are responsible for leading all FOH members in running a warm, welcoming, efficient and profitable operation, managing day-to-day operations and longer-term projects, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Store Goals: Ensure excellent overall store performance, manage profit & loss, maintain an "A" health inspection rating, keep fair workweek premiums to a minimum, maintain satisfactory Secret Shopper and Steritech averages.

Customer Service: Take customer orders, maintain fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations, answer customers' questions, resolve guest complaints or concerns.

  • Leadership: Effectively train, supervise, and mentor all bar staff members, hold employees accountable to Company standards, conduct performance appraisals, celebrate employee successes.

Teamwork & Communication: Work as a team member to support other employees, follow the lead and direction of your GM/DM, communicate challenges and successes.

Accountability: Take ownership over tasks that are assigned, hold self to the highest standard of performance, be knowledgeable of and hold self to all Company standards.

Station Mastery: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, check identification of all customers who appear under 30, maintain expert knowledge of all bar offerings, handle guests' special dietary needs, allergies, or special requests.
