Shift Managers support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high performing work teams. Managers provide hands-on support of the employees and tasks of every position including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, and opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• year fast casual restaurant management experience
NY: Level 1 Serve Safe Certification
18
- years of age
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50
- pounds for the duration of your shift (up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks)
Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
Use a basic computer system (ex. cash register)
Adhere to Company's policies and procedures, as well as City, State, and Federal laws and mandates
