Able to learn & follow company standards, policies and procedures.

Reliable form of transportation to get to work at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift.

**Very important that to become a shift leader, you will have to work at least 150 hours, know how to run each position, pass a ServSafe manager certification, watch all Five Guys University courses, then ultimately pass the Five Guys Kitchen Test and Manager Test.
