Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Provide administrative support for HR compliance processes, including receiving new-hire paperwork electronically and auditing Form I-9s for accuracy and completeness; return incorrect forms for correction and follow up to ensure compliance.
- Process e-Verify cases by entering required information into the secure Department of Homeland Security system.
- Administer the Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) process, ensuring timely communication, documentation, follow-up, and resolution, including handling Final Non-Confirmation outcomes.
- Review personnel data for employees applying for Airport badges, verifying accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Assist with maintaining HRIS data integrity by performing routine audits, testing system changes, generating reports, and analyzing data flows to support process improvement opportunities.
- Support HRMS data cleanup and functional testing.
- Maintain and protect confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Actively participate in system-related projects and provide administrative support as needed.
- Monitor inventory of printed HR materials and coordinate shipping to FGO stores.
- Complete other HR projects and tasks, as assigned.
Experience Requirements
Required
One+ year/s of HRIS or other data entry experience is required. HR Compliance experience (specifically I-9 compliance) is preferred.

The Compliance/HRIS Administrator supports the company's HR compliance functions by reviewing and auditing Form I-9 documentation and ensuring accuracy throughout the process while processing e-Verify cases and monitoring for updates. This role will have some responsibility for daily data entry, upkeep, and integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
