General Manager
We're looking for a General Manager who runs a great restaurant every shift, every day. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, building a strong team, and delivering fast, consistent, high-quality guest experiences. You'll own the business as if it were your own.

What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hits sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Strong shift execution no chaos during peak hours
- Low turnover in key roles (AMs, Shift Leaders)
- Internal promotions happening from within your team
- High guest satisfaction and repeat business
What You Bring
- 25+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or QSR preferred)
- Experience running high-volume shifts ($1M-$3M+ annual volume typical)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent results
- Strong work ethic you're comfortable being on your feet and in the action
- Ability to manage both people and numbers
Non-Negotiables
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and peak business hours
- Leads from the front this is not a back-office role
- Holds high standards and addresses issues directly
