Minimum age: 18 years old

High school diploma, some post high school education a plus

1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity

Oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and compliance with Five Guys standards

Train, coach, motivate, and supervise crew members; may assist with hiring and disciplinary actions

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the friendly service culture

Ensure proper food preparation, quality, and strict adherence to health and sanitation regulations

Manage supplies, inventory, and ensure the restaurant's equipment, facility, and grounds are clean and maintained

Handle cash, including register operations and reporting

Perform all crew member duties (grill, fries, prep, cashier) as needed
