The Senior Operations Business Analyst - Door Program is responsible for driving operational performance, financial analysis, vendor accountability, and strategic initiatives across The Home Depot's door maintenance and capital programs. This role partners with field teams, vendors, finance, Asset Protection, and leadership to identify trends, improve service delivery, optimize spend, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing repair and capital project performance
- Monitoring vendor KPIs and SLAs
- Identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
- Developing executive dashboards and reporting
- Managing program data integrity
- Leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and asset reliability
The Sr. Operations Business Analyst will leverage strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to transform operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, solve complex business problems, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, service levels, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Typically reports to Store Operations Process Manager or Store Operations Business Manager (or Sr. Managers)
- No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, supply chain, facilities management, asset management, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience managing vendor performance, service programs, maintenance operations, or capital projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, spend, and ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making through data and insights.
- Strong presentation, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience in retail, facilities management, construction, maintenance, or service operations preferred.
