Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Partner with Install Merchants and Field teams to manage Compliance/Provider Support workload and build strong working relationships focusing on providing excellent customer service. Create the team provider support strategy by providing recommendations for team development and tools for process improvements.
  • Seek industry standards for best practices and actively driving business requirements for system development. Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on analysis of industry/business, competitive landscape, consumer data, etc.
  • Determine goals, direction, and action plans necessary to maximize short-term.
  • Provide vendor Management; monitor third party vendors and outside legal firms to ensure quality compliance processing and reporting.
  • Provide direction to managers in regards to building and managing metric reporting database to monitor daily team activities, data activities, error rates, cycle times, etc. Collect findings and make high-level verbal/written recommendations and/or presentations to upper management. Resolve issues uncovered in daily operations.
  • Provide guidance to managers regarding supervision of onboarding and licensing teams in regards to staffing, performance management and team development.

Senior Manager
The Senior Manager will oversee the management of the activities of Service Provider Compliance Onboarding and organization by ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy of work for the entire Home Services organization including the subsidiaries. This will be accomplished by driving organizational integration between the core organization and the subsidiaries. The Sr. manager will create strategies, processes and tools that ensure that common platforms are in place for compliance management throughout the entire onboarding team. The senior manager is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely research of regulatory requirements for all service programs offered by THD. This is accomplished through the vendor management of outside resources for legal advisement and background check compliance processing. The Senior Manager will have oversight over the entire Home Services organization in managing daily operations; including scheduling, performance management, development plans, training, quality reviews, implementing process improvements, developing metric reporting, driving data integrity initiatives and setting strategic direction. This individual is the driving force to ensure continued integration of subsidiary business compliance.

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing large teams of associates.
  • Compliance or Process Management Experience.
  • 5+ years work experience.
  • Six Sigma experience a plus.
  • Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues - including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
