KFC Dress Code by Job Role

KFC requires all team members to maintain a clean, consistent, and food-safe appearance. Whether working in the kitchen, drive-thru, or front counter, all employees are expected to follow KFC’s uniform standards and health regulations to reflect the brand’s image.
Department Guidelines
Uniform:KFC-provided black or red branded polo, company-issued apron, and a KFC hat or visor.
Pants:Solid black pants (no jeans, joggers, or leggings). Pants must be in good condition.
Footwear:Black, closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are mandatory for all roles.
Accessories:Hair must be tied back. Facial hair should be groomed and may require a beard net. Jewelry must be minimal. Name badges (if provided) must be worn.
