Be paid for your six highest grades (up to $240) per grading period.

This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll:

Lead the

experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald's menu items and/or make menu recommendations

Focus on the food: Prepare and present delicious food in accordance with all food safety policies.

Ensure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment. From always coming to work with a clean and presentable uniform, to following our cleaning procedures to ensure our restaurant is always clean.

Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and, most importantly, have fun! We have policies in place to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Be present: Making sure you arrive on time and clock in for all your shifts to ensure all our customers are taken care of.

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

Able to work standing for extended periods and must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas.
