the Sr Lead a large team (200+) of engineers located in the US, Mexico and remote Create and operationalize the best practices that engineers leverage for delivery and quality execution Lead the development/refinement and adoption of software development processes that result in high quality products delivered on predictable timelines Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing
