Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Rolling burritos, prepare onions and sauce, brewing Iced Coffee/Iced Tea
- Organizing and keeping the prep area clean and decluttered
- Follow food safety practices and prepping necessary food products
- Stocking inventory appropriately
- Understanding and reading prep charts on E-production
- Panning up product in proper storage containers correct amounts, and swapping them out for new when needing replenished on table
- Cleaning breakfast dishes
