From frontline warehouse teams to office employees, all staff are expected to represent the PepsiCo brand with a clean, consistent appearance tailored to their work environment.
Department Guidelines
Uniform:Company-issued PepsiCo branded shirts, safety vests, and name badges.
Pants:Work pants or jeans in good condition, no rips or holes.
Footwear:Steel-toe or slip-resistant shoes are required in all warehouse and delivery areas.
Accessories:Safety gear such as gloves, goggles, and hard hats must be worn in designated zones. Hair must be tied back; jewelry should be limited for safety.
