Primary Duties
- Ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products.
- Performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area.
Additional Duties
- Assisting operators in daily production operations including setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls.
- Slicing bread.
- Operating ovens, proofers and bread slicers.
- Other duties as assigned.
