Join our Pharmacy Analytics & Compliance team and play a key role in delivering impactful solutions that drive pharmacy operations and compliance. As an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with talented professionals to define requirements, plan, budget, design, implement, and optimize data-driven projects for systems that support pharmacy operations, trends, analytics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and confident communicator that can drive meetings with stakeholders and take ownership of complex projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance.

Your Impact: Lead Agile requirements workshops, document business and system requirements with business units, sponsors, vendors, and technology teams

Own product requirements and vision; document designs/data flows (Visio); build and manage project plans/WBS (Project/Excel) and track delivery

Provide clear project and product status reporting to leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, and executives

Implement and support solutions leveraging ML/AI and the Databricks platform

Partner with BSA peers to document processes, gather requirements, and identify system/process improvements

Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver secure, stable, HIPAA-compliant solutions and implementation plans

Follow delivery governance: manage access controls, protect data, procure hardware/software, and coordinate vendors

Align vendors and internal teams on solution purpose, scope, constraints, and acceptance criteria

Represent business needs to ensure solution designs meet user requirements and improve process efficiency

Troubleshoot complex issues; determine root cause and appropriate escalation paths

Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation; develop workarounds and coordinate with vendors through resolution

Apply strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience

  • years translating complex business problems and processes into detailed requirements for enterprise solutions (performance, usability, quality, dependencies, scalability, TCO)

  • years of experience planning and managing solution delivery in distributed environments

  • years of experience with enterprise databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

  • years of experience implementing large-scale data manipulation processes

  • years of experience creating complex system/data-flow diagrams in Visio, Miro, Draw.io or similar tools
  • Proficient in writing complex ANSI SQL queries against enterprise relational databases
  • Experience creating and maintaining use cases and process flows and detailed project plans/WBS using Microsoft Planner, Excel, or Azure DevOps

    Potential Annual Pay with Bonus: 88,335 - 132,535

    Year End Bonus: As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
