Gather plant receiving, shipping and production information on a daily basis and prepare data entry into the Manufacturing SAP system.
Analyze receiving, shipping and production data to determine if information is either missing or reported incorrectly.
Perform system functions using files and screens within SAP to process receiving, shipping and production information.
Communicate with receiving, shipping and production associates on a daily basis to ensure information is processed accurately.
Generate daily inventory cycle counting reports.
Monitor the SAP error log for inventory movements that have failed between the SAP and Dallas programs.
Perform necessary transactions within SAP to correct errors and ensure timely processing.
Perform extensive excel data entry.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent experience
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and weekend hours on a regular basis
• Detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong data entry skills (efficient and accurate)
• Ability to perform mathematical operations and/or use a 10-key calculator
• Working knowledge of Word, Access, Excel and Outlook software applications
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Ability to work well with others and to be a team member
• Ability to show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Publix Manufacturing or in a cost accounting environment
• Knowledge of specialized Publix systems including SAP

Hours of Work
Tuesday - Friday - 11:00am-7:30pm; Saturdays - 6:00am - 2:30pm

Temperatures range from 35 to 70 degrees.

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.

Other Compensation Information
Weekend Differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
