Primary Duties

  • Assisting the Director of Facilities Purchasing and the Procurement Managers with the administration of the department
  • Offering clerical support to associates, ensuring the efficiency of all administrative functions including customer and vendor communications for the department
  • Providing information support to Facilities Purchasing (FP) Leadership and all department associates as requested
  • Maintaining project documentation to track and report departmental KPI measures

Office Coordinator, Hourly Support 4, Facilities Purchasing Lakeland

The purpose of this position is to oversee the departmental administrative functions by:
  • Assisting the Director of Facilities Purchasing and the Procurement Managers with the administration of the department
  • Offering clerical support to associates, ensuring the efficiency of all administrative functions including customer and vendor communications for the department
  • Providing information support to Facilities Purchasing (FP) Leadership and all department associates as requested
  • Maintaining project documentation to track and report departmental KPI measures

Hours of Work: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
Frequency of Pay: Weekly
Minimum Base Pay: $20.45
Maximum Base Pay: $28.20
Potential Annual Base Pay: $42,536 - $58,656
Year End Bonus: To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
