Primary Duties
- Setting up and operating all equipment in the department
- Assembling and disassembling equipment
- Practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured
- Gathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials
- Calculating daily production needs
- Forecasting inventory of raw materials
- Providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs
- Accurately completing all paperwork required by the position
- Other duties as assigned.
