Description

The Assistant Pharmacy Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and managing the pharmacy team. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree, a current Florida pharmacy license, and prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Preferred Qualifications
