Position Mission: The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the maintenance and service of restaurant kitchen equipment, including beverage systems, boilers, ice machines, freezers and HVAC work. Maintenance duties include the installation, service and repair of equipment. A company vehicle will be provided to ensure you are well equipped for the job.

Responsibilities Include

Performs complex repairs on commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.

• Manage installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.

Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.

Uses various hand and power tools appropriately.

Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.

Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

EPA Certification Type II or better required.

Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects, balancing numerous tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

The ability to work weekends and travel as needed.

Other Attributes: Must be a self-starter, process and solutions focused.
