Restaurant General Manager

JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is on the hunt for rockstar Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to lead the charge in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA! These roles oversee daily operations and inspire teams of 10-45 amazing Taco Bell crew members.

Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years of management experience
- A passion for delivering out-of-this-world customer service and boosting profitability.

Position Features:
- 50-hour work week
- Competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Directing, training, and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members
- Managing food safety, guest service, inventory, and equipment
- Crushing restaurant budgets, sales, and profit goals.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant management know-how
- Ability to work irregular shifts.
