Salaries range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, contingent upon location and experience. In this role, you will be required to maintain open availability and work a 50-hour work week. As an AGM, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily operations, scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and training personnel.

Typical AGM responsibilities encompass:

• Support: Serving as the right-hand to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and leading in their absence.

Key qualifications include prior experience in food service or retail management, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
