Key Responsibilities and
Duties
Team Leadership: Supervises crew members, delegates tasks, and provides constructive feedback.
Operational Excellence: Opens/closes the restaurant, manages inventory, ensures proper food preparation, and maintains equipment.
Customer
Experience
Resolves guest complaints, ensures fast service, and models positive, friendly behavior.
Safety & Compliance: Ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Administrative
Duties
Performs cash handling, reconciles registers, and assists with profit and loss (P&L) management.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Key qualifications include prior experience in food service or retail management.
Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to work weekends.
