8:00am - 4:30pm (Some evening and night hours)
The successful candidate will be assigned Flight Operations, Airline Safety or Flight Training department. Duties may include the following:
Audits and gathering, analyzing, and reporting data
Assist in managing and developing training for UPS Flight crewmembers, including computer-based training
Provide crewmember support during operation and training
Analyze proposed training projects to determine the appropriate level of training required to transfer the skills and knowledge to the target audience
Organize and analyze training and operational data to address training and safety
Conduct tours of the Flight Training Center, including full motion simulator sessions
Assist with updates to Aircraft Operations manuals and materials.
Will also perform general office duties
- Assist with organizing Community Service activities
Participate in promotional events for the UPS FlightPath Program such as career fairs and aviation events
One year of practical experience. After one year, and with management's recommendation, the intern will be able to continue in the UPS FlightPath Program at Ameriflight, the world's largest part 135 cargo carrier.

Required Skills
Junior or Senior in an under-graduate program or less than 2 years postgraduate with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial Pilot License with a multi-engine class rating

Minimum of 300 Total Flight Hours
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
