Job Description
This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service. This position resolves discrepancies on shippers' invoices, researches billing issues, makes adjustments as necessary, educates customers on billing services UPS offers, and initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems. He/she performs other tasks as necessary.
Other Criteria:

• This position is an internal Grade Level 005
• Candidate must be geographically located in the same region of position or willing to self-relocate
