Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Attend customer business requirement meetings and document customer-specific operational requirements, workflows, and expectations.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document operational processes for new implementations.
- Create first drafts of work instructions, process maps, and operational documentation using established company templates.
- Facilitate internal review sessions to validate documented processes and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Schedule and lead documentation review meetings with customers and internal teams using Microsoft Teams.
- Present documented processes to customers and stakeholders to confirm accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Revise documentation based on customer and internal feedback through final approval.
- Coordinate document approval workflows and route completed documents through formal Document Control processes.
- Ensure all documented processes comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), customer quality requirements, DSCSA serialization requirements, and cold-chain/temperature-controlled handling procedures, as required.
- Support implementation planning and execution activities for new customer onboarding projects.
- Perform operational assessments to identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Update and maintain process documentation throughout project planning, UAT testing, and go-live phases of the project.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the Implementation and Operations teams.
- Manage multiple projects, associated documentation, and implementation deliverables simultaneously while meeting project milestones and deadlines.

- Experience participating in customer requirements-gathering and implementation activities.
- Experience meeting in person and via conference calls with UPS customers and their representatives.
- Familiarity with document control processes and regulated documentation environments.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to lead customer review meetings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in GDP-compliant healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments.
