The Engineering Development Program (EDP) at UPS is a structured 4-month training program for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. The program involves interactive classroom training, self-paced computer-based training, on-the-job training, and a structured support network. Upon completion of the program, the engineer will have the opportunity to move into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor position as detailed below.
Responsibilities
The IE Supervisor works with engineering departments to develop, implement, and deploy approved operational processes and best practices consistently throughout the company. The IE Supervisor will take a lead role in planning and execution of large project implementations and training initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,120.00/year to $117,180.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
