This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. Our US Consumer organization collaborates with our channel partners to seek new opportunities, develop account plans, and execute programs to drive business development. In this position, you will partner internally and externally to formulate, present, and implement strategies and initiatives to grow the business with our top consumer retail partners.
You will leverage your deep understanding of the industry and the audio and accessories product mix to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and create momentum that impacts individual accounts and builds upon Apple's growth within the reseller channel. Through your deep relationship building skills and passion for solution-based selling, you will collaborate with our partners to define opportunities and develop growth plans, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
In this hybrid role, you will focus on both building long-term strategic initiatives and near-term execution to run the business on a daily basis. Your role will include:
Market Knowledge: Have a deep understanding consumer trends and partner capabilities, identify and articulate opportunities, build a strategic vision, and then directly support cross-functional teams to build each initiative from the ground up
Opportunity Development: Analyze business opportunities and develop innovative initiatives that promote Apple Audio & Accessories sales growth with our US Consumer Retail business partners
Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends and changes in dynamics that create new opportunities and challenges for Apple to pursue
Strategic Vision: Create strategic visions that encompass each of our partners to help focus and prioritize our efforts to drive sales performance across the Consumer channel
Idea Creation: Propose new ideas, partnerships, and concepts that transcend the customer experience
Business Case Building: Develop narratives supported with data to justify proposed deals to senior management both internally and externally
Partner Programs: Negotiate with channel partners to secure long-term strategic programs and quarterly demand generation deals that deliver desired market and financial results
Day-to-Execution: Partner with the US Account teams identify meaningful sales actions that have an immediate impact on attaining weekly and quarterly growth objectives for the company
Launching Products: Lead new product introductions for Apple Audio and Accessories products from end-to-end ensuring flawless planning, execution and post launch measurement and tracking
Cross-functional Collaboration: Continuously collaborate with internal partners including the US Account teams, Channel Sales Operations, Marketing, Services, Digital, Legal and Sales Finance
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,000 and $264,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
